• Scratch your digital card to reveal your result.
• Entries submitted before the start date or after the end date will not be accepted.

The giveaway begins January 2, 2026, and ends April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

Entries received outside this period will be void.

Each month, one Grand Prize winner will be selected from eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified instantly on screen and by email (if applicable).
• Grand Prize winners will also be contacted by email or phone to verify eligibility.
• All winners must claim or schedule redemption within 30 days of notification.
• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to alternate entrants.

• The Grand Prize covers a Basic Tax Preparation Service (valued at $180).
• If the winner’s tax situation requires an upgrade (e.g., business filing, multiple states, rental income, self-employment, etc.),you will automatically receive a 30 points on any qualifying upgrade package offered by Jose’s Tax Service during the 2026 tax season. 
• The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or transferred to another person.

Entrants may win instant prizes multiple times during the giveaway period, subject to prize availability and eligibility verification.

However, only one Grand Prize may be awarded per household during the 2026 season.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the prize distribution structure established by Jose’s Tax Service.

Jose’s Tax Service reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or winner and to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent information, or violating these Official Rules.

By entering, participants grant Jose’s Tax Service permission to use their name, likeness, or city of residence for promotional purposes (such as social media winner announcements) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Jose’s Tax Service is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or other issues that may interfere with participation. All decisions made by Jose’s Tax Service are final.

All information collected through the giveaway form is used solely by Jose’s Tax Service for communication, marketing, and service updates in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
